one of the ways of making most out of cattle industry is to take a critical look at the value chain to have a broad overview of how the whole industry works. However, as we all know that there are two main purposes of rearing cattle, these are: for Beef and Dairy production and each of them have a value chain map which they follow in the cattle industry.
Therefore, we can say a value chain is a set of activities that a firm or enterprise operating in a specific industry performs in order to deliver a valuable products for the market. A better understanding of the cattle value chain will put a firm or an enterprise in better position of making profit.
